MY JOURNEY TO BE FIT

   I am still exercising and eating right.  Yes, I feel great, but I don't see any drastic changes in my body.  I don't believe in scales, so I let my clothes do the talking.  They do fit better, but they aren't falling off of me.  It has been about 10 weeks since I started the health kick and I still don't look like Heidi Klum. Truly, what is up with that? I am even running for 30 minutes straight.
    The plan is to continue what I am doing and to up the running time.  I really want to push myself in that arena.  I am also going to try safflower oil.  I did a little research on it and it is theoretically supposed to reduce fat (especially abdominal fat).  That is my only problem area.  I am not talking I look pregnant or anything, but things could definitely be better in that department.
    For the record, I still hate exercising, I just like the way it makes me feel.  You should see the internal battle I have with myself everyday in an effort to sike myself up about getting on the treadmill.
